Required Data in order to file a PRELIMINARY notice
Must be filed as soon as you get the contract.

... and MUST be filed within 20 days AFTER starting the Project.
At end of Job you must file a Notice of Completion.
Then you you only have 10 days to file additional Prelims.

2.	Owner Name Address & Contact info
3.	Tenant Name Address and Phone and email.

4.	Are we working for a Contractor, as the sub?
	a. If working for a contractor: Name and address & phone required.
Or 
	3. Are WE, FSS, the Contractor?

5.	Were any Permits obtained? (By FSS or others?)

6.	Date you got the Contract/Go-Ahead/Acceptance
7.	Date you started work.
8.	Scope/Description of work.
9.	Dollar amount of job/work performed
10.	Date you completed.

All the above data is required so I can research the rest of the info for Preparation of the PreLim.
