Inspection Checklist In accordance with NFPA 10

Fire Extinguishers

• Examination of cylinder for physical damage or tampering
• Check of gauge for proper cylinder pressure
• Determine fullness by weighing or hefting
• Inspection of nozzle, valve and hose assemblies
• Check for broken or missing seals and pull rings Note all hydrostatic test and 6-year dates
• Record date of service, name of service technician and all necessary corrective actions

We provide the services required by all State-adopted codes in accordance with the six month inspection schedule.
